WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Jack's Snacks, a dog bakery wants every customer, a happy customer. That is why we offer an exchange program. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, just send back the unused portion and we will replace the product with a comparable product free of charge.
WHAT MAKES JACK'S SNACKS, A DOG BAKERY'S BISCUITS BETTER THAT WHAT I FIND ON MOST STOREÂ SHELVES?
Besides the love and care that goes into handcrafting each biscuit, Jack's Snacks biscuits are made with only Human-Grade ingredients that are not only sourced here in the US but also in RI. This is especially important after the massive pet food recall. All of the pet food products recalled were derived from Animal-Grade ingredients. Also, we use many certified organic ingredients and we do not use additives, preservatives, sugar, salt or artificial color.
DO YOU MAKE BIRTHDAY CAKES FOR DOGS?
Yes we do! We make fantastic birthday cakes for your pup! We love working with your vision in creating the perfect doggie cake. We can even make it GLUTEN-FREE! Though we do keep cakes in store for our last minute customers, we do most cakes by special order so please call 401-633-5522 at least 24 hours in advance. And don't forget, we also have The Party Pizza (which can be shipped), our confections (Ruffins, Puppycakes & Woofie Pies) and our awesome Frozen Yogurt!
HOW LONG DO THE BISCUITS LAST?
Because the biscuits are free of additives or preservatives, we recommend that they be kept in a cool, dry place. The biscuits have a shelf life of one year.
DO YOU DELIVER?
We do deliver! On any order of $15 or more. Delivery fees start at $5.00 and are determined by the proximity to Warwick. We deliver to most of RI and to some of MA.

Our hours change seasonally. The best way to check when we are open is to call us at 401-633-5522. If we are closed, our voicemail will state our hours.
