What are your store hours?

Our store hours change seasonally. For the winter season we are open Tuesday through Saturday 7 AM to 6 PM and Sundays 7AM to 2PM.

What is your return policy?

Jack's Snacks, a dog bakery wants every customer, a happy customer. That is why we offer an exchange program. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, just send back the unused portion and we will replace the product with a comparable product free of charge. Back to Top

What makes Jack's Snacks, a dog bakery's biscuits better that what I find on most supermarket shelves?

Besides the love and care that goes into handcrafting each biscuit, Jack's Snacks biscuits are made with only Human-Grade ingredients. This is especially important after the massive pet food recall. All of the pet food products recalled were derived from Animal-Grade ingredients. Also, we use many certified organic ingredients. And as previously mentioned, we do not use additives or preservatives.

How long do the biscuits last?

Because the biscuits are free of additives or preservatives, we recommend that they be kept in a cool, dry place. If you do not anticipate that they will be consumed in two weeks, we recommend you store them in an air tight container in the freezer for up to three months.

What type of biscuits do the dogs like the best?

Hard to say...but we can tell you that the Ginger's Chicken and Garlic are the best sellers closely followed by the Jack's Nuts About Squirrels.

Do you make birthday cakes for doggies?

Yes we do! We make a fantastic birthday cake for your dog! And we can even make it GLUTEN-FREE! It is a bone shaped carob cake with a peanut butter/cream cheese frosting. They are made by special order so please call 401.467.2601 at least 24-48 hours in advance. For those out of the area, we can overnight ship the cake. Please call the shop for shipping charges. And don't forget, we also have The Party Pizza (which can be shipped) and our Daisey's Woofie Pies or Pupcakes make great individual cakes or party favors and our awesome Frozen Yogurt!

How much notice do you require for personalized doggy cakes that will be picked up, rather than mailed?

We ask that you give us 24-48 hours notice for personalized cakes (the more notice the better). If you require a special size, design or flavor (including wheat free) we ask for at least 72 hours notice. We do keep frozen Happy Birthday cakes on hand for the last minute types, though these do sell out quickly so we advise you to call the shop at 401-467-2601 to check availability.

How do I order a Doggy Cake?

You can order online! If you want to pick up the cake at our shop, just write that in the comment box when ordering. You can also email an order inquiry to mmk@jackssnacks.com or call the shop at 401-467-2601

Do you deliver?

We do deliver! On any order of $15 or more. Delivery fees start at $5.00 and are determined by the proximity to our Cranston storefront. We deliver to most of RI and to some of MA.
